At Quinn London, social value means creating a lasting, positive impact in the communities where we operate. We have a social value team dedicated to this mission, driving forward initiatives that deliver genuine impact and lasting benefit.

Our Social Value Is Defined By a Series Of Principles

Community Engagement:
We build meaningful connections with local residents and charitable organisations to ensure our projects bring real benefits to communities.

Schools Engagement:
Partnering with schools across London, we aim to inspire the next generation by delivering workshops, career talks, and mentoring helping young people explore and prepare for careers in construction.

Early Careers:
We create opportunities for young talent through work experience placements and apprenticeships, building skills and pathways to fill the skills shortage in our sector.

Local Community Support:
Our commitment to hiring local talent and sourcing from local businesses ensures we support jobs, invest in the community, and contribute to a stronger London economy.

  • Quinn London’s support of the EDT Bronze Industrial Cadet Programme has been fantastic; this initiative encourages so much growth in the students; they are so lucky to have so much exposure to industry professionals. The support we received from our Quinn London mentor was above and beyond what we have experienced from our industry mentors in the past and really enhanced our experience this time around.

RESIDENT LIAISON

Quinn London’s in-house Resident Liaison Officers work proactively with residents to keep them informed every step of the way, providing support and advice prior to works commencing, through to completion and beyond.

We believe that with great communication, we can build strong relationships and customer care for our communities during and following our works. Our Resident Liaison team receive a wealth of customer care and safeguarding training, including working with vulnerable residents. Upon completion, our resident satisfaction surveys allow us to review our processes and level of care, ensuring we’re always delivering a service we are proud of.
