Sustainability
Quinn London works closely with our team, clients, suppliers and subcontractors on all aspects of sustainability, to make environmental considerations integral to our decision-making.
We have committed to ambitious targets to achieve Net Zero Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions by 2040 – ten years before the UK Government’s target date. Our continued efforts to reduce GHG emissions extends to all group offices, workplaces, employees, subcontractors, value chain and others affected by our operations. Whenever possible, we develop low-carbon options for our clients and actively encourage the use of sustainable design, materials and construction methods.
To achieve these targets, Quinn London will engage with a range of activities across planning and operations:

Health and Safety
We honour our duty of care obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all related regulations to ensure the Health and Safety of our employees and all those affected by our works.
We understand that the pressures of work and everyday life can affect us all, so have trained Mental Health First Aiders within the company who are always there for support. We’ve also put in place a reliable mental health reporting procedure with the help of the Lighthouse Club, a dedicated charity that provides mental health, financial, work and relationship assistance to construction workers.
Construction is considered a high-risk industry, so we take our responsibility incredibly seriously. We ensure that every single team member is fully trained and competent to carry out their work, meaning that everyone goes home to their families at the end of the day, in the same condition they arrived. As members of the British Safety Council and accredited by CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline, we regularly benchmark our performance to ensure our standards exceed industry best practice.
